1 JIW to Big State Electric to the Wastewater division. This is a special skills call with these requirements:

  • Water Treatment Plant
  • Medium Voltage
  • Duct Bank
  • PVC Coated Conduit
  • Industrial Construction
  • Controls and Instrumentation
  • Material ordering and handling
  • Safety Leadership
  • Gear installation and termination
  • Running multiple crews at once

 

1 JIW to Scott Electric working at Valero CC. Must pass a Hair follicle and a background check. This job is working a 4-10 schedule. 

2 JIWs to Scott Electric working at Valero 3 Rivers. Must pass a Hair Follicle drug screen and background check. This job is working a 4-10 schedule possible 5-10s paying $90 per diem. 

OUTSIDE CALLS- Journeyman Lineman Scale - $37.95 Straight time. $49.59 Total package.

5 Trans techs to RokPower (any level) working in Falfurrias, Tx. This job is working a 6/10s schedule paying $150 per diem. Start Date is February 2nd.  

2 Large Equipment Operators with CDLs to New River Electric Corp. working in Realitos, Tx. This job is working a 5/10s schedule (Moves to 6/10s Feb 2nd) and is paying 66 scale with $125 per diem. 

 REFERRALS MUST BE PICKED UP IN PERSON!

Roll call will begin at 8:00 AM, then dispatched at 8:30. All remaining job calls will be dispatched throughout the remainder of the day.

ATTENTION: All 278 inside members, if you do not currently have a TWIC card, consider applying for one ASAP. Members who possess their TWIC are in high demand for employment!

Book Re-Sign

  • Re-sign is from the 10th thru the 16th of each month.  You can now do a Re-Sign of the work book via the website.  There is NO LONGER a grace period if the 16th falls on the weekend as the website is open 24/7/365.
  • You will be taken off the books for no re-sign.
    Please be timely in paying your death fund benefits in a unified effort to pay the beneficiaries of our deceased brothers/sisters.
